I spent over 15 years in the trenches of restaurant and retail management before diving headfirst into code. That experience taught me something the average developer doesn't get: every single click, every wasted second, every inefficient process has a real-world cost.

So, who am I?
I'm Paul McGrane. I'm the guy who sees a broken workflow and gets an itch to fix it. I've been building and managing development teams—both in-house and around the globe—for over two decades, tackling projects for everyone from the US Navy and Corning to scrappy startups.
When I'm not untangling business processes, you can find me spending time with my grandson (probably explaining what a VCR was), volunteering with Scouting America, reading, or tinkering in my shop.
