You've built something good. Your clients trust you. And sometimes — because you're good at what you do — you end up with more work than you can comfortably handle.
That's a good problem. Let's solve it together.

What I Bring to the Table

I'm not a junior freelancer looking for experience. I've been doing this for 20+ years across industries, platforms, and problem types. When you hand me a project, it gets done right.

🔧

Technical Depth

Workflow automation, software and API integrations, custom configuration, GHL/funnel builds, and operational systems. I handle the work that requires someone who's actually been in the trenches.

🤝

Professional to Work With

I communicate clearly, hit deadlines, and flag issues before they become your problem. No hand-holding required. You brief me, I execute, you deliver.

🔒

Your Client Stays Yours

Full stop. I work for you, not around you. I don't market to your clients, I don't pitch them on my services, and I don't build relationships that bypass you. Your client relationship is yours to keep.

How This Works

Simple by design. You stay in front of your client. I stay in the background doing the work.

01

You Brief Me

Tell me what the client needs, what's already been done, and what the deliverable looks like. The more context you give me, the better the output. A 15-minute call is usually enough to get started.

02

I Do the Work

I work directly on the project — white-label if that's what you need. You get updates at agreed checkpoints. No surprises, no scope creep without a conversation first.

03

You Deliver

You present the work to your client under your brand. You look good. Your client is happy. And when the next overflow project comes up, you know exactly who to call.

What I Take On

I'm not a generalist who dabbles in everything. This is where I'm genuinely strong — and where I'll tell you straight if something isn't in my wheelhouse.

⚙️ Workflow & Automation

Connecting platforms, eliminating manual data entry, building automations that actually hold up. API integration, n8n, Make, MCP — whatever the job calls for.

🤖 Practical AI Integration

AI as a scalpel, not a sledgehammer. Agents, AI-assisted content workflows, and automation that uses AI where it actually makes sense — not everywhere.

🛠️ Tech Stack Cleanup

Auditing what a client has, identifying what's redundant or broken, and building a clean, documented picture of how everything connects — or should.

🔐 Digital Security

Password management rollouts, 2FA implementation, basic security hardening for small business teams. The stuff agencies often don't offer but clients always need.

📋 SOPs & Documentation

Building the written playbooks that go alongside the technical work — so your client's team can actually use what we built without calling you every week.

📣 GHL & Funnel Builds

GoHighLevel setup, funnel builds, pipeline configuration, automation sequences, and sub-account management. I know GHL well enough to know where it bites.

A Few Things Worth Saying Directly

I don't poach clients. I've been around long enough to know that a reputation for playing straight is worth more than any single project. Your client relationship is yours.

I'll tell you when something isn't my lane. I'd rather refer you to the right person than take on work I can't deliver well. You'll never get a "sure, no problem" when the honest answer is "not my strongest area."

I'm not trying to replace your team. I'm the resource you call when your team is maxed out and the client can't wait. That's a specific role and I'm good at it.

White-label is fine. If you need me to work under your brand, I'm comfortable with that. We'll sort out the logistics on the first call.

Who You're Actually Working With

Not a team of contractors. Not an agency with a slick deck. Just one experienced operator who's been doing this since before "digital transformation" was a buzzword.

I'm Paul. I've spent 20+ years building, fixing, and optimizing technology for businesses of all sizes — from solo operators to mid-market companies. I've been the in-house IT guy, the outside consultant, the Fractional CTO, and the person they call at 10pm when something breaks before a big launch.

I work with agencies because I like the work and I'm good at it. I'm not trying to build an agency of my own — I'm trying to do excellent technical work for clients who need it, through partners who trust me to deliver.

Let's Have a 15-Minute Call

No pitch, no deck, no proposal until you ask for one. Just a straight conversation about what you've got coming up and whether I'm the right fit to help you deliver it.
